Kenya deputy PM fate to be determined Monday

The International Criminal Court (ICC) must make a decision Monday on the confirmation of charges against Deputy Prime Minister of Kenya, Uhuru Kenyatta and five Kenyans suspected of crimes against humanity during the post-election violence in 2007-2008. “On Monday, January 23, 2012, Pre-Trial Chamber II of the International Criminal Court issues its decision, confirming or refusing to confirm the charges,” he said in a statement the ICC in The Hague.
