Lambert Mende-DRC spokesperson

What started as a rebellion of mutineers of few officers protesting against unfair and unequal treatment in the regular army FARDC, latter turned into a big rebellion named M23. The rebellion has sparked hate and cold war between two neighbors, Rwanda and DR Congo.

In the press conference broadcasted live today, on the national Television and radio in DR Congo, Congolese government spokesperson Lambert Mende said his country is satisfied with dollar withdrawal from Rwanda

“I thank them. And they should actually expand” Mende added that DRC government would continue to request international community to abandon supporting aggressors who are causing chaos for minerals

According to Mende, “Rwanda has no capacity to remove Kinshasa government. We’re not government of Mobutu. They are here to cause chaos and exploit minerals only”

Lambert Mende, horrifically poured venom on Rwanda, branding the alleged government involvement in DRC conflict as “mafia aggressors”

Donors like UK has announced the delay of 16 million pounds to Rwanda and US has also withdrawn $200,000 from Rwanda on allegations of supporting a rebel group known to the name of M23

Rwanda’s foreign affairs and government spokesperson, Louise Mushikiwabo insists decision is based on ill-informed and misguided information

President Kabila also have linked Congolese rebels M23 to Uganda.  Min Mushikiwabo on last Tuesday interview with the state TV accused Congolese of” not having the will to solve their issues”

President Paul Kagame, had said his government has not supplied any single bullet to M23 rebels.

“They tend to waste time speaking than solving their issues. They are busy spreading hate speech against Rwandan speaking Congolese.

Seems they are not serious in solving their issues. UN will solve their issues. It’s them themselves who need to go down and solve their problems and leave alone this blame game.” Mushikiwabo said.
