That is why a Rwandan military device is permanently installed at the border. It is therefore advisable to remain cautious in these border areas where the situation can rapidly deteriorate.”
According to the embassy statement, Travelers wishing to travel to Burundi should take into account that currently all non-essential trips to this country are not recommended.
