The Former FDLR fighter, Major Rukundo Vivis a.k.a Madika Friday returned to Rwanda noting that Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda have no vision to succeed its wars.

Some of FDLR fighters committed Genocide Crimes against Tutsi in 1994.

Madika said he took decision to return after hearing that Rwanda is safe, according to the Local Press.

He added that returning to Rwanda has no relationship with recent FDLR attack to Rwanda. Madika calls upon his former colleagues in DRC forests to return to Rwanda calling the DRC forests “a hell” of militias.

It’s reported that other 85 refugees were repatriated to Rwanda from Nakivala camp in Uganda.
